Please fill in the following form to register for the Biotest International CMV Symposium.

Your personal data is needed to file the contract “undertaking to pay costs”. This contract is mandatory. We are not allowed to cover your expenses without it.

We look forward to assisting you in organizing your participation at the CMV Symposium (hotel, travel. In order for us to do so, please register until July 31, 2025.

Participants will receive a confirmation right after the deadline, along with the corresponding mandatory paperwork that needs to be completed and returned no later than August 29, 2025.

Please note that we will pass on your registration data for the organization of the hotel and travel booking to our travel agency, who will make the bookings according to your preferences and may contact you to discuss any further details with you. 

In case you will organize travel by yourself, please note that there will be no shuttle service from the airport to the venue.
